And Poppy’s getting ready for the cottage. She’s got her cool new hat and she can’t wait to see Buckhorn.

Poppy had her first taste of ‘real’ food today. It was too cold at first but once I warmed it up, she seemed to enjoy it. She also thought her bib was delicious so maybe I shouldn’t trust her palate just yet.

Canada’s “chocolate capital” is losing its Hershey factory, the company confirmed Thursday.

Spokesman Kirk Saville said the company told employees at its Smiths Falls plant in eastern Ontario that its closure is part of “a supply chain realignment.”

Maybe Andrea could do a co-op there for school and help them manager the place…

Poppy made her first visit to the pediatricians on Friday. Here is a shot of just one of her battle scars. She had 2 vaccines, one in each leg. She did very well, a little cry and a bit fussy at night but that was it.
